Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation Limited (MMPRC) invites interested eligible parties to submit Proposals to design and construct the Maldives Stand for the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) Fair, Dubai – UAE, for the year 2018.
A complete set of the Request for Proposal (“RFP”), each with a unique serial number will be available for purchase for USD 500/- (United States Dollars Five Hundred only), at MMPRC’s office at 4th Floor, Velaanaage, Male’, Maldives, between 0930 hours to 1400 hours on each working day from 05th February 2018 to 22nd February 2018.
Interested foreign parties may purchase the RFP document by transferring USD 500/- (United Stated Dollars Five Hundred only) to MMPRC’s bank account. Bank charges with regard to the transfer will be borne by the party requesting to purchase the RFP document. The RFP document will be provided by MMPRC to the purchaser, once it is realized to MMPRC bank account, via email by [email protected] or [email protected]. MMPRC’s bank details are provided below;

The amount paid for the RFP is non-refundable. A Proposal may only be submitted by the party under whose name the RFP is purchased.
Proposals duly completed in all respects should be submitted no later than 1500 hours of 11th March 2018. Each bidder should submit a hard copy of the proposal in a sealed envelope to MMPRC and send a soft copy to the following email address; [email protected] copied to [email protected]. MMPRC will send a detail information sheet of the parties who submitted the proposal with their proposed budget for all the bidders who submits the proposal.
